A 46 year old unnamed man was shot in in the buttocks while duck hunting in Utah. Not your usual hunting accident as the trigger was pulled by his trusty dog.
News sources report that the 12 gauge shotgun was left on the bow of the hunters boat while he went to arrange decoys. The man was hit with 27 pellets from about 10 feet away. The injury was minor, helped in part by the waders he was wearing.
It’s unclear whether the guns safety was on when the pooch stumbled into it. For more information on hunting dog breeds try out FREE dog app available in the app store. Dog owners can also use the iPhone App for Dogs to keep those special pet memories safe in our doggy cloud.
